Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT: Please read through the following terms and conditions as these govern the use of our services for the acquisition of a UK vehicle(s) supplied by a UK dealer/manufacturer. Vanzone is the trading name of Principality Motor Company Ltd registered in England and Wales under Company Number 12981823 (hereafter referred to as "Vanzone" "We" "Us" or "Our"). The terms apply to you, the user: "You" and "Your".

If you are unsure about any of the terms detailed herein, please contact us before using our services. If you do not agree with these terms, then You MUST NOT use Our services. Once you have signed Our order confirmation, you are deemed to have accepted Our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time, which will take effect from the date when the changes are posted on our website.

We are a licensed credit broker, and We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Limited Permissions Reference Number: 791932 (NOTE: We are not a financial lender.)

Who we are and what we offer

We are an independent broker for sourcing UK vehicles at the best possible price. We offer a wide range of vehicles and finance solutions to meet your business and personal needs.

Our Services

We at all times will act in Your best interests. We are able to source finance solutions from the current market that are suitable to the requirements You disclose to us. You must always provide us with accurate and correct information.

We work with a selected panel of lenders, which represent a fair analysis of the relevant market. A list of the panel lenders We use can be provided upon request. We are only authorised to broker the following financial products:

  • Hire Purchase / Lease Purchase

  • Finance Lease (Business Users Only)

  • Contract Hire (Personal & Business Contract Hire)

All prices quoted exclude VAT.

Should You not meet the financial or operational criteria of a particular funding/supplier, then We reserve the right to offer You an alternative funding/supplier, whose price may vary from the ones advertised on our website.

When the preferred finance option has been agreed, We will provide You with information about the finance agreement and the provider to ensure You understand Your responsibilities and commitments before proceeding. It is Your responsibility to review the finance agreement documentation and ensure that the information provided is correct and that You accept the terms of the finance agreement.

We will not charge a fee for this service, but We may receive payment by way of a commission or fee direct from the lender.

In the event that You use a finance product not sourced by Us, We reserve the right to charge a fee of £250.00. This MUST be paid at the same time as the balance of the vehicle is paid off.

Vehicle Pricing / Quotation

We will provide a quotation based on Your requirements as advised by You. It is Your responsibility to check the quotation documentation and ensure that it meets Your requirements. We will not be held liable for any extras, options or otherwise that You fail to notify us of once the quotation has been signed by You.

Our quotations are invitations to treat only; they are not an offer to supply Our services and are incapable of being accepted by You.

All marketing and other promotional material relating to the services are illustrative only and do not form part of the quotation.

All vehicle quotations will remain valid for 14 days, with the exception of:

  • Manufacturer introduced price changes

  • Changes in interest rates

  • Unforeseen changes in marketing conditions

  • Changes imposed by Our panel of funders

  • Vehicle stock availability

  • Data errors or miscalculation of the quotation(s)

In such cases, We may increase the price and provide a new quotation.

We make every effort to verify and ensure the accuracy of the data provided, but it should only be used as a guide. No purchasing decision should be made without verification by You of the latest data from the manufacturer.

Unless stated otherwise, prices include UK mainland driven delivery. We reserve the right to pass on additional delivery charges imposed by the dealer/manufacturer. We will notify You of any extra delivery charges before the balance is paid or finance documentation is completed.

Delivery on a trailer may be available at extra cost. If required, You must notify Us before the balance is paid or finance documentation completed.

We deliver vehicles within the UK up to a radius of 750 miles. Unless trailer delivery is agreed, the delivery mileage will be reflected on the vehicle.

Part Exchanges

Any part exchange allowance is based on Your description of the vehicle. If the vehicle has sustained damage beyond fair wear and tear or You provided incorrect or misleading information, We reserve the right to decline the vehicle or agree a new allowance. If no agreement is reached, You shall either pay the full price to Us or We may treat the order as cancelled by You.

Orders

By signing and returning the Order Confirmation, You accept these terms and conditions and agree to order the vehicle detailed in Your quotation and Order.

An order does not create a contract. A binding agreement exists only when We notify You that a vehicle has been sourced and You agree to accept that vehicle.

You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle ordered meets Your requirements. We accept no responsibility for errors or omissions regarding vehicle model or specification, including optional extras, once the order and terms have been accepted.

IMPORTANT: Time of performance is not of the essence. Estimated delivery times are indicative only.

We are not liable for failure or delays due to factors outside Our control.

Deposit

A non-refundable holding deposit of £1,000.00 is required with every order. For specialised or custom orders, a higher deposit may be requested.

If You fail to take delivery or pay the balance by the agreed date, We may treat the agreement as cancelled and offer the vehicle for resale. We may recover losses incurred and offset these against any deposit paid. Any shortfall must be paid by You.

Financial Applications and Personal Data

By providing Your information, You authorise Us to share it with lenders to consider Your finance application. You also accept the terms of the lender.

You may need to provide supporting documents and financial details to confirm affordability.

If applying on behalf of a company, You confirm authority for credit searches on the company and its Directors.

Finance companies will carry out credit and fraud checks. Refusal to provide requested information will result in the finance application being declined.

We accept no liability for losses related to the finance agreement, except where caused by Our negligence.

Delivery and Documentation

All finance documentation must be completed and returned before delivery is arranged. All outstanding amounts owed to Us must be paid in full before delivery.

Estimated delivery dates are indicative and based on manufacturer/supplier information. We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond Our control.

If You cancel finance during the statutory cooling-off period, You must immediately pay Us the full vehicle price.

It is Your responsibility to ensure the vehicle is maintained, taxed, and insured after delivery.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for performance failures due to events beyond Our control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, utility failures, or internet outages. This excludes inability or refusal to pay.

Cancellation

To cancel an order, You must send a signed written notice to Vanzone, 37-39 Holton Road, Barry, CF63 4HB.

Cancellation may result in the loss of deposit. Additional costs exceeding the deposit will be charged to You. Evidence of such costs can be provided upon request.

Website Contents

We strive to ensure the accuracy of Our website content but offer no warranty. We are not liable for errors or omissions. Images are illustrative only. Prices are informational and do not constitute an offer.

We make no warranties regarding vehicle quality or performance. If You are dissatisfied, We will liaise with the relevant parties on Your behalf.

We may update website content at any time without notice.

General

We only refer within our approved panel and do not sell Your details. Please see our "Treating Customers Fairly" section.

If dissatisfied with Our service, please refer to our "Complaints Procedure".

Nothing in these terms affects Your statutory rights.

Terms & Conditions are reviewed and updated regularly.

No variation is valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.

These terms are personal to You and Us. No third party has rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Exclusions and Limitations

Other than consumer protections implied by law, all warranties and conditions are excluded. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
